Setting Goals
Goals-setting is the reigning king of all success techniques. For decades we have been told that if we we simply write down our goals and reads them daily, somehow we will reach them. My reach shows that eight out of ten things a person writes on a goals list will never happen. Eveyrone has goals they don't achieve and many they don't even begin to work on.
How do feel when you look at your list of goals six month after writing them down and see that most have gone unmet? So how do you feel about yourself when you see that most of your goals never become reality? No one every feels good-let alone great-about the fact that they only achieved one or two goals out of ten. Rarely do we consider whether the goal-setting advice was wrong. We always assume that the reason for failure lies within ourselves. After all, if the experts and gurus said this was the way to succeed, who can argue with them? And blindly putting faith and trust in the much-ballyhooed key to success invariably leads us to more wasted time effort and money.

If God Should Go On Strike
How good is it that God has never gone on strike, because he was not treated fair in thing he didn't like. If only once he'd give up and said" that's it, I'm Through! I've had enough of those on earth, So this is what I'll do : "I'll give my orders to the sun -cast off the heat supply!
And the moon-give no more Light.and run the oceans dry.Then to just make things really tough and put the pressure on, " Turn off the Vital oxygen till every breath is gone!" You know, He would be justified' if fairness was the game, for on one has been more abused or met with more disdain: Than GOD, and yet he carries on, supplying you and me with all favor of his grace, & everything for free!!! Man say they want a better deal, and so on strike they go,but what a deal we're given God to whom all thing we owe. We don't care whom we hurt to gain the thing we like; But what A mess We'd all be in, If GOD should go strike. People In (FM) watch your self God in in Control!!

How do you know what your prospects hot buttons are? How do you know what will motivate them to take action (buying your product or sponsoring with you)? Are you the type of person that just "brain dumps" everything you know about your company hoping you hit one of their hot buttons in the process? This last question reflects a method that is the most widely used in sharing MLM business opportunities, and it's the least effective. This is the, "throw-it-up-against-the-wall-and-see-if-anything-sticks" approach. Sure network marketing is a numbers game, but intelligently planned presentations are the key to your ultimate success. Being lucky is great, but developing the art of listening is critical to your overall success in this industry. Career professional network marketers are accomplished listeners. Every personal development teacher I know suggests that one of the key ingredients to achieving success is by developing the ability to listen to others. I know you probably agree with me, but wouldn't you also agree that it is hard for most people to be a good listener? On a scale from one to 10, how would you honestly rate your listening skills? We all need to keep reminding ourselves that we have two ears and only one month. God knows best: he designed us for success, our egos, our selfishness, our wanting the center-stage, our wanting to continually be heard just keeps us from taking an interest in what others are saying to us. We keep overriding our eardrums. Can we solve this problem? Sure.
Let me share with you how I discovered I could become a better listener. Maybe you'll find it worthwhile in working your business. Here's the secret:
LEARN TO ASK GOOD QUESTIONS!
It's really that simple. The better your questions, the more successful you will become at listening to the thoughts and concerns of others.In the sales or "sharing" environment, most distributors find themselves talking endlessly about their business opportunity. This is a HUGE mistake. People (your customers or potential clients) do not want to hear you go on and on about how great you are, how great your company or product is, or how miserable their life is without your help. Take this fun test: Join a group of your friends that are sharing a conversation and count the number of declarative sentences they use in a row before they ask a question. A good rule of thumb that I learned from one of my mentors, David Cooper, was three to six declarative sentences followed by a question. Every time you ask someone a meaningful question about what you're talking about, their mind has to subconsciously review what you have said before they respond. This technique ensures that your party is listening to you and that they understand the point you are attempting to communicate to them.
