8Ways To Increase The Perceived Value Of Your Freebies

8 Ways To Increase The Perceived Value Of Your Freebies
Almost everyone is giving away a freebie so they canattract people to their web site. They are giving awayfree e-zines, ebooks, services, etc. What's happeningto all this free stuff? It's loosing it's perceived value.Every time you surf the internet or check your e-mailyou see at least 20 to 50 freebies offers.
Don't get me wrong freebies do increase traffic, butnot like they did when the internet was new. The keyis to increase the perceived value of your freebies sothey will be more attractive to your audience. Howdo you do this? Well, here are eight ways:
1. You could tell them what the freebie is worth witha dollar amount. For example, "Subscribe to my freee-zine! A $199 value!"

2. You could add other freebies to your freebie thatwill increase the value. For example, "Subscribe tomy free e-zine and get free access to our "subscribersonly" private web site!"

3. You could tell them the freebie is only available fora limited time. For example, " Download our freeebook, this free offer will only be available until May30, 2000."

4. You could tell them the freebie is only available toa limited number of people. For example, " Our freesoftware will only be available for the next 100 peoplethat download it."

5. You could give more details about the freebie.List the benefits, features, what problems the freebiewill solve, etc.

6. You could describe your freebie to sound moreattractive. For example, instead of "free report" youcould say "free never released top secret document
"
7. You could list testimonials for your freebie. Mostbusinesses don't give testimonials for their freebies. This would defiantly increase your freebies value.

8. You could tell people how many people havealready receive your freebie. For example, "15,000people have already subscribed to my free e-zine!Can they all be wrong?
These are only a few ways you can add value to yourfreebies. You could be creative and think up someother ways to increase the perceived value of yourfreebies. Also test each idea to see which one drawsthe most traffic to your web site.

Derek Gehl Is Retiring

I checked my email this morning and there it was... ... a message from the Internet Marketing Center's Derek Gehl, one of THE smartest Internet marketers I know, telling me he's retiring. I'm still in shock!
At first, I was actually a little confused. Now more than EVER, (think 'recession'), people need some SERIOUS help making money online... ... and he just up and quits?! But then I checked out the special web page he posted explaining in more detail why he's retiring, and it all made sense... He's NOT leaving everyone high and dry. As a final "farewell,"he's actually putting together a complete braindump of everything he *knows* about making money on the Internet! That's $100 MILLION worth of experience, strategies, and moneymaking secrets. And that's why I'm emailing you today...I know that the website where you can find out about Derek's entire collection of Internet marketing strategies is only going to be available for a short time, so you need to check it out RIGHT AWAY!
Just follow this link:http://www.marketingtips.com/insiderscourse/t/805510
All the best, Briley
P.S. If you've been struggling to make money online, this last "hurrah" from Derek is the EXACT kick in the pants you need toFINALLY start your own successful website.Derek's created more success stories than any other "guru" out there, so you KNOW his strategies will work for you, too.http://www.marketingtips.com/insiderscourse/t/805510
