Long Term Business Success

The single greatest strategy to creating long-term business success can be sunned up in three simple words. Quality customer service. As a customer, I am more than painfully aware that outstanding service is practically something of the past. Why has superior service to customer become so rare? Basically, there are three reasons
1. The business owner, manager or employee simply doesn't have a clue about what is required to create and maintain a repeat customer relationship.
2. The company mishandles customer complaints through indifference or resolve a problem in favor of the  business, not the customer.
3. The business owner fails to reward workers for excellent service and work performance.
Business need to move back to providing better customer service.
